A multi-modality approach to energy as a therapy, also incorporating a number of energetic & vibrational tools.
Sessions may include healing of past traumas; moving through patterns and blocks; removal of attachments, psychic cords, energetic interference; or bringing in new light frequencies and activations.

Using a personalised combination of, angelic healing, shamanic healing, Usui & Seichim Reiki, chakra balancing, lightcoding, light language, cutting psychic cords, clearing attachments, biofeedback and sound healing, I’ll assist you to clear, heal and restore your entire energetic system.
Our physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies are intricately woven together, so any shift that occurs in one will flow on to the others.

After not feeling myself for months I decided to take the matter into my hands (or Kate’s) and work on my energy.
Having not had Reiki before I didn’t know what to expect, but was more than pleasantly surprised. Kate gave me the safe place I needed to release and feel emotions and explained the entire process to me.
The intuitive reading I received from her afterwards was truly remarkable, not only in the sense that she was so correct about me, but that she took the time to help me understand my chakras and why they may be the way that they are at present, and what we can do to move the energy to a higher place.
I left my session feeling lighter and more myself, and with comfort knowing I’d met a wonderful soul with a genuine intention to help me gain a better sense of self. I am excited to go on my spiritual journey with Kate as my mentor over the coming months.

Energy Therapy (Multi-Modality) - In Person
This is my most popular offering, and the best place to start if you are new to my work.
Multi-modality and multi-dimensional healing combining sound therapy, biofeedback healing.
Your session will flow in the following way:
Completion of an intake form, and discussion of your intentions and challenges.
Energetic healing, processing, clearing, protecting, and activating - all while laying down clothed on a massage table.
Channelled messages and intuitive energetic process (recorded for you to re-listen to).
Brief discussion regarding what came up during the session, which will be recorded and emailed to you within 24 - 48 hours after your session.

Energetic Clearing & Protection - In Person
Session available for existing clients only. New clients should begin with a 90 minute session.
Your session will flow in the following way:
Brief catch up & discussion of your intentions and challenges.
Energy clearing and protecting, laying down clothed on a massage table.
Brief discussion regarding what came up during the session, which will be recorded and emailed to you within 24 - 48 hours after your session.

Add on Ceremonial Cacao Ritual
For in-person sessions, allow an extra 15 minutes to your appointment time to savour a cup of warm ceremonial grade cacao, and receive be guided into a deep meditation via breathwork.
Cacao Rituals will be followed by Energy Therapy.

Children’s Energy Therapy - In Person
Sessions available for toddlers through to adolescents. The session length will vary depending on the age of the child.
The child does not have to be perfectly still throughout the session, and can play quietly with toys or books whilst I work.
Please note that the parent will be required to be in attendance. Discussion with parent following the session, either with or without the child depending on what is appropriate.

You will receive a message from me with a recording to guide you into a state of relaxation and receptivity. Whilst receiving the distance healing, you are invited to meditate, relax or sleep.
60 minutes of distance energetic clearing, healing, restoring, balancing and protecting. It also includes a recording of your session notes and insights sent to you at the end of the session.
