What is Sacred Cacao?
This high vibrational, yet gentle, plant medicine allows us to connect with nature and, in turn, aligns us with our own sacred nature. It is honoured and respected as a powerful healing tool, with it's history dating back to the ancient Aztecs and Mayans.
This plant medicine allows us to connect deeper to our ancestors, Mother Earth and her plant kingdom. It is said to centre us into our heart space, and allows our body to surrender so that we open up and move into receivership mode.
Raw cacao beans are like chocolate in it's most purest and natural form. Ceremonial grade cacao is organically farmed and hand processed, and spiritual benefits are also retained. From the moment the cacao seed is planted, it is prayed upon and intentions are set over the farm. The farmers continue to set intentions over the plants for the whole duration of growth. Once picked, the cacao beans are processed by hand, with love and care and finished with a final blessing from the Sharman.
When preparing a cup of ceremonial cacao, I infuse the cacao with Reiki, vibrational music, along with some organic cinnamon.
What is a Sacred Cacao Ceremony?
Our Sacred Cacao Ceremony is a beautiful heart-opening ritual of savouring a small cup of highly concentrated ceremonial grade cacao. It's followed with guided breath work to activate the cacao. We dive deep into an inner, yet expansive, healing journey. The ceremony can last anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours.
Sacred Cacao can also be enjoyed as an accompaniment to any spiritual or healing work, by brewing a smaller dose and mixing with a plant-based milk.

Private Sacred Cacao Ceremony that incorporates breath work and meditation. I hold space for you, guiding you on this expansive journey. I also assist with your healing with Reiki, biofeedback and sound healing.
Journey will be 45 minutes, but allow 1 hour for your appointment total time.
